Tai Chi practice on 12/3/10
Attended: Gerry, Marvin, and Peter
Discussed what Gerry learned at Tai Chi intensive week in Nov in Edmonton.
Only had time to do yilu twice.
When I was taking adult piano lessons, my teacher always said that piano techniques are accumulative. The new technique is built upon the previous acquired techniques. You need to build a solid foundation. Same as Tai Chi skills. When we learn new techniques, don't forget previously learned techniques.
The practical method foundation is two circles--positive and negative.
